You will find activities for everyone. You can hike, canoe down the Devil river, experience the Via Ferrata on the Vache Noire rock face, paddle Lake Monroe on a SUP, kayak with the loons, or try out the new e-bike phenomenon.

HOT INSTALLATIONS

The first thermal therapy stage is to increase your temperature. Tremblant offers Eucalyptus steam baths, Finnish dry saunas, hot baths and thermal waterfalls.

COLD INSTALLATIONS

The second step causes the pores of the skin to close, with a brief but highly beneficial cool rinse in the Diable River (year-round), Nordic waterfalls, cold plunge pools or cool showers.

RELAXATION AREAS

The final stage in the cycle is recommended to rest the body and heart rate in one of our solariums, fire pits, terraces, decks, hammocks or our Zero-Gravity Pavilion.

Description:

This 1.5-km nocturnal walk takes place on a stone dust pathway at the heart of nature. To start off, visitors show up at the bottom of the Flying Mile chairlift that will take them up to the midway station where they will be led to the entrance of the trail. After taking visitors on a brief ascension, the trail slowly weaves its way down the hill through the woods, crosses streams and clearings.

Named amongst the top 20 golf courses in Quebec by the prestigious Canada’s Golf Ranking Magazine., The Royal Laurentien is a spectacular championship golf course opened to the public near Tremblant.

Boasting over 6856 yards, the Royal Laurentien course has six teeing greens offering golfers an opportunity for a new “challenge” with every new round of golf they play at the Royal Laurentien. Water holes are present in over 15 holes and more than 95 sand traps are there to challenge your skills. The 12th hole, with its par 5 over 600 yards and 2 water holes to cross, will leave a lasting impression. There’s no doubt, this is golf at its best!

Linear Park - Le P'tit train du Nord

The P’tit train du Nord is a 200 kilometer cycling path which runs through the Laurentians north of Montreal. It is an easy-to-ride trail that offers some spectacular scenery and that is lined with a good assortment of tourist facilities.
